Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead coaching for Flooring Consultants, delivering the Empire in-home experience and driving customer satisfaction and market results. The role is primarily field-based with real-time observation and coaching to improve selling outcomes.

You will oversee in-field ride-alongs, model best practices, and ensure consultants leverage Empire offerings and technology. Strong coaching, leadership, and field analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in consultative or in-home selling processes.

Responsibilities

• In-Field Coaching & Development: spend time in the field coaching to improve customer experience.
• Sales Process Ownership: act as market expert on end-to-end in-home sales and brand experiences.
• Performance Coaching & Accountability: translate performance data into coaching priorities and track effectiveness.
• Collaborative Decisional Authority: exercise guidance for field-based sales activities.
• Team Development & Capacity Building: lead skill-building sessions and onboard new Flooring Consultants.
• Other duties as assigned.
