Empire Today is seeking a Field Sales Manager who acts as the subject matter expert delivering the in-home experience through a team of Flooring Consultants. The role is field-based, with in-field coaching and real-time observation to improve customer experience and market results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
• Two years of sales leadership or coaching experience in a field environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to observe, diagnose, and improve sales behaviors.

• In-Field Coaching & Development: spend substantial time in the field coaching, observing interactions, and developing sales skills.
• Sales Process Ownership & Expertise: serve as market expert on end-to-end in-home sales experiences and brand standards.
• Performance Coaching & Accountability: translate data into coaching priorities and track KPI improvements.
• Collaborative and Brand-conscious Decisional Authority: exercise real-time coaching and guidance during field activities.
• Team Development & Capacity Building: lead skill-building sessions and support onboarding of new Flooring Consultants.
