Job summary

Intertech Ci is seeking a Field Sales Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand the client base by selling our full product line to new customers while cultivating relationships with existing accounts. This role requires substantial time in the field engaging prospects, identifying needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting customized proposals, and collaborating with operations to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven field sales experience (2-5 years) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, coupled with strong teamwork abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a high sense of urgency and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans focused on sales growth and market penetration within assigned territories.
• Identify, pursue, and establish strong, lasting relationships with new clients through field-based activities such as face-to-face meetings and presentations.
• Foster consultative, value-based relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations to address client needs and showcase our solutions.
• Partner closely with operations and other departments to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to assure all job expectations and sales goals are met and exceeded.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to expanding our market presence.
