Job summary

Intertech Ci is seeking a Field Sales Business Development Manager to drive new business growth by selling our product line to new customers while nurturing existing accounts. This role requires substantial time in the field, actively engaging prospects and clients to identify needs and present tailored solutions.

You will develop strategic plans, pursue new relationships, and collaborate with operations and sales leadership to meet and exceed targets through consultative selling and strong time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven field sales experience (2-5 years) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation, coupled with teamwork abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with urgency and drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans focused on sales growth and market penetration within assigned territories.
• Identify, pursue, and establish strong, lasting relationships with new clients through field-based activities such as face-to-face meetings and presentations.
• Foster consultative, value-based relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations to address client needs and showcase our solutions.
• Partner closely with operations and other departments to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to assure all job expectations and sales goals are met and exceeded.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to expanding our market presence.
