Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Rep to support the promotion and sales of Peripheral Vascular products. You will assist Sales Representatives, educate clinicians, tailor messages, and help coordinate product evaluations in OR and office settings.

After completing in-field training, you will relay product knowledge, differentiate offerings from competitors, and help manage sample inventories while maintaining GMP and OSHA compliance. Some travel is required.

• Must be able to readily solve customer complaints and questions.
• Must have command of all products and differentiate them from competitors, and teach this to customers.

• Medium work: ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs continuously.

Responsibilities

• Assists Sales Representatives in marketing, promotion and sales of PV products.
• Educates doctors, nurses and staff on product use, functionality and updates.
• Tailors promotional messages based on customer knowledge and supports product selection.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• May assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress regularly.
• Solves product problems for customers promptly.
• Manages and maintains a sample inventory of products.
• Adheres to GMP and OSHA guidelines during product evaluations.
