Responsibilities

• Support sales activities, events, and trainings for EAMs and RSDs.
• Provide hands-on clinical support and progress to independent execution.
• Coordinate follow-up and resolve inquiries to maintain satisfaction with customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
• Manage order entry, tracking, and logistics for timely delivery.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
• Conduct cold outreach and document a personal pipeline.
• Perform market research and share insights with sales/product teams.
• Stay current on product and wound-care developments for field activity.
