Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in healthcare/medical device.
• Experience in healthcare/medical device industry is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support EAMs and RSDs in planning and executing sales activities, events, and trainings.
• Provide trained clinical support (dressing changes, product applications) and progress to independent execution.
• Serve as a customer point of contact; coordinate follow‑up and resolve inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision‑makers and influencers.
• Manage order entry, tracking, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
• Conduct disciplined cold outreach into designated target accounts and build a documented pipeline.
• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and share insights with sales and product teams.
• Stay current on product, clinical, and wound‑care developments to inform field activity.
• Deploy nationally as a flexible resource for territory coverage, launches, evaluations, and strategic assignments.
