Job summary

Heraeus in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to support EAMs and RSDs, coordinating sales activities, events, and trainings. This remote-friendly role offers exposure to healthcare, wound-care products, and the Heraeus group.

A strong customer focus will help you interact with healthcare decision-makers and customers. You will manage order entry, CRM updates, forecasting, and provide hands-on clinical support where needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Experience in healthcare or medical device industries is desirable but not required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours when needed.
• Comfort with virtual meetings and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support EAMs and RSDs in planning and executing sales activities, events, and trainings.
• Provide trained hands-on clinical support and progress to independent execution.
• Serve as a customer point of contact; coordinate follow-up and inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
• Manage order entry, tracking, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Conduct disciplined cold outreach into designated target accounts and build a documented personal pipeline.
• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and share customer/market insights with sales and product teams.
• Stay current on product, clinical, and wound-care developments to inform field activity.
• Deploy nationally as a flexible resource for territory coverage, launches, evaluations, and strategic assignments.
