Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking an Account Manager to generate sales in multi-family units across the assigned region. You will network with MDU property managers, assistant managers, leasing agents, and other property staff.

You will drive sales strategies, conduct property visits, and build relationships while meeting daily activities and monthly targets. Applicants must have a high school diploma and at least six months of sales or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 6+ months sales or customer service experience or military service.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Drive creative sales strategies in multi-family properties to increase awareness and penetration.
• Host community events within MDU properties to encourage Ziply Fiber sign-ups.
• Regularly visit MDUs in the region and document key learnings.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to promote Ziply Fiber services.
