Ziply Fiber in Portland, OR is seeking an Account Manager to generate sales in multi-family units and network with property managers, leasing staff, and other staff to grow fiber subscriptions.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months of sales or customer service experience, and a valid driver's license. Outdoor outreach, relationship building, and meeting activity targets are core to the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience or military service.
• Must maintain professional customer service and strong communication.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive creative sales strategies in multi-family properties to increase awareness and penetration.
• Host community events in MDU properties to promote Ziply Fiber services.
• Conduct regular property visits and document key learnings.
• Perform door-to-door outreach to residential customers.
• Meet daily activity goals and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers through product knowledge.
