Ziply Fiber is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales in multi-family units across the Northwest. You will network with property managers, leasing agents, and staff to promote fiber services and sign up residents.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong customer service, with the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Competitive base pay plus commissions and a robust benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Six months of sales and/or customer service experience or military service.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales in multi-family units within assigned region.
• Network with MDU property managers and staff to promote Ziply Fiber services.
• Conduct property visits and door-to-door outreach to drive sign-ups.
• Meet or exceed daily activity goals and monthly sales targets.
• Build trustful relationships with prospective customers through product expertise.
