Ziply Fiber is seeking an Account Manager to generate sales in multi-family units within a designated region. You will network with MDU property managers, assistant managers, leasing agents, and other property staff to promote Ziply Fiber services.

The role requires outdoor work, travel within the region, and the ability to meet daily activity goals and sales targets. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of sales or customer service experience.
• Must provide exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner.
• Must work in an outside environment for extended periods, in any season.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive creative sales strategies in multi-family properties to increase awareness and penetration.
• Host community events within MDU properties to sign up Ziply Fiber services.
• Make regular property visits to all MDUs in the assigned region.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to promote and sell fiber internet to residential customers.
• Achieve or exceed daily activity goals and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers through professionalism and product expertise.
