Gateway Services, North America\'s leading pet aftercare provider, seeks a Health & Safety Specialist to partner with Operations across the Central region. The role focuses on practical safety improvements, incident investigations, and workplace assessments in care centers.

As a field-facing H&S professional, you will translate policy into everyday actions, build trusted relationships with site leaders, and drive proactive safety throughout multi-site operations in a remote-friendly central

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• At least four years of safety experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site operations.
• Experience with workplace inspections and incident investigations.
• Ability to communicate safety requirements to leaders and frontline staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and partner with Operations.
