Gateway Services is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support operations across the Central region. This field-facing role partners with operational leaders, conducts workplace assessments, supports incident investigations and helps translate safety requirements into practical actions.

The successful candidate will influence safety practices across a geographically diverse operation, working with the H&S team to implement programs and ensure safe outcomes for Care Center teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Experience with workplace inspections and incident investigations.
• Ability to assess hazards and recommend practical controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Operations to address safety challenges across the Central region.
• Conduct workplace inspections and job-hazard assessments.
• Investigate incidents and support return-to-work processes.
• Develop and promote practical safety actions and programs.
• Use data to identify recurring risks and drive improvements.
