This field-facing position partners with operational leaders to perform workplace assessments, investigations and preventive actions, ensuring safety commitments are implemented and sustained. The role emphasizes practical safety, clear communication with care center leadership, and the ability to translate safety requirements into actionable steps for

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• At least four years of relevant safety experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environments.
• Experience with workplace inspections, incident investigations and job-hazard analysis.
• Strong communication skills for explaining safety requirements to leaders and frontline team members.
• Sound judgment, calm response to urgent situations and dependable follow-through.
• Fleet safety experience or EMS certification are assets.
• Willingness to speak up for safety while maintaining productive relationships with Operations.
• Travel up to 50% to Gateway Care Centers and other locations.
