Gateway Services, North America's leading pet aftercare provider, is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support operations across the Central region. This field-facing role partners with Operations, conducts workplace assessments and inspections, and helps identify practical preventive actions to keep teams safe.

You’ll work with care center leaders and teams, translate safety requirements into actionable practices, and travel up to 50% to sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• At least four years of relevant safety experience.
• Experience with workplace inspections and incident investigations.
• Strong communication to explain safety requirements to leaders and frontline teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work across multiple locations.
• Regional field role; balance field visits with admin work.

Aufgaben

• Conduct workplace assessments and inspections across Care Centers.
• Support incident investigations and job-hazard analyses.
• Help implement safety policies, tools, campaigns and learning programs.
• Translate safety requirements into practical actions for leaders and teams.
• Maintain regional safety data and analyze trends to identify risks.
• Travel to Gateway Care Centers and other locations up to 50%.
