Job summary

QC Servion is seeking a Safety Manager to lead field safety programs across multiple mission-critical construction sites in the Northern United States. The role reports to the Safety Director and focuses on compliance, inspections, workforce education, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.

The position requires traveling up to 75% of the time, developing safety training, auditing programs, and ensuring OSHA 1910/1926 standards are met.

Qualifications

• OSHA-focused safety credentials and field leadership experience.
• Ability to perform incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Experience developing and delivering safety training programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety inspections across project sites.
• Ensure OSHA, EM 385, NFPA 70E compliance.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Review field safety documentation for accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding and workforce training compliance.
• Educate field teams on PPE usage and safety procedures.
• Develop and audit written safety programs (LOTO, Fall Protection).
• Report site-level findings and trends to Safety Director.
• Travel up to 75% to project sites across the US.
