QC Servion is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across multiple construction project sites in the Northern United States. The role reports to the Safety Director and emphasizes compliance, inspections, training, and incident investigations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30, and the ability to obtain OSHA 510, EM 385, and NFPA 70E within 90 days. Travel is up to 75% nationwide with several short site visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience required.
• OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 510, EM 385, NFPA 70E or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910 & 1926; general duty clause.
• Experience with incident reporting, inspections, and investigations.
• Ability to perform JHAs/JSAs and exposure assessments.
• Proficient in MS Office and in-field safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety inspections across sites and address recurring issues.
• Ensure OSHA, EM 385, NFPA 70E compliance and safety policies.
• Assist with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Review field safety documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Onboard and train workforce on safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Develop, implement, and audit safety programs (LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space).
• Collaborate with Safety Director to report trends and recommendations.
• Travel to project sites up to 75% with 1–3 day site visits.
