Job summary

QC Servion is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across multiple mission-critical construction sites, primarily in the Northern United States. You will report to the Safety Director and focus on compliance, site inspections, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.

This field-based role requires up to 75% travel, with deep knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926, EM 385, and NFPA 70E, plus experience with JHAs/JSAs, root-cause analysis, and safety audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience on critical infrastructure projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 510, EM 385 and NFPA 70E certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 and General Duty Clause; proficiency with JHAs/JSAs, incident investigations, audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA standards.
• Support investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Audit field safety documentation for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Lead onboarding safety training and ongoing workforce education.
• Educate field teams on PPE usage and safe work practices.
