Job summary

QC Servion seeks a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across multiple mission-critical construction sites, reporting to the Safety Director. You will conduct field inspections, investigation support, and drive continuous improvement to ensure OSHA/EM 385/NFPA 70E compliance, while educating teams on safe practices.

This field-based role requires up to 75% travel across the Northern United States. Strong communication and training development are essential; OSHA 30 is required, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety or critical infrastructure safety.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• OSHA 510, EM 385, and NFPA 70E certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field safety inspections across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EM 385, NFPA 70E and company policies.
• Support incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review and audit field safety documentation for accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding safety training and ongoing workforce training.
