Job summary

QC Servion seeks a Safety Manager to lead field safety programs across mission-critical sites in the Northern United States. You will partner with the Safety Director to ensure OSHA compliance, conduct inspections, and drive incident investigations and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Travel up to 75% is required, with a focus on educating field teams, developing written safety programs, and auditing safety documentation to uphold the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional certs preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field safety inspections across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EM 385, NFPA 70E and safety policies.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective action tracking.
• Review safety documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing safety training across teams.
• Educate field teams on PPE and safety procedures.
