Job summary

QC Servion is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across scattered construction sites, primarily in the Northern United States. You will report to the Safety Director and act as a field-based safety leader focused on compliance, site inspections, workforce education, and incident investigations.

This role requires up to 75% travel, a proactive approach to teaching safety, and the development and auditing of written programs (LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• OSHA 510 / EM 385 / NFPA 70E certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910 & 1926 standards.
• Experience with incident reporting and investigations.
• JHAs / JSAs and exposure assessments experience.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
• Safety audits and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to clearly communicate safety expectations in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field safety inspections at project sites.
• Ensure OSHA, EM 385, NFPA 70E compliance with policies.
• Support incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Review field safety documentation for accuracy.
• Assist onboarding-related safety training assignments.
• Educate field teams on PPE usage and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and audit written safety programs.
• Report site findings, trends, and recommendations with the Safety Director.
• Travel up to 75% to project sites.
