Job summary

QC Servion seeks a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across multiple mission-critical construction sites in the Northern United States, reporting to the Safety Director. The role emphasizes compliance, site inspections, workforce education, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.

This field-based role requires up to 75% travel nationwide and close collaboration with project teams. Candidates should have OSHA 30, knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926, EM 385, NFPA 70E, and experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety and/or critical infrastructure safety.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• OSHA 510, EM 385, and NFPA 70E certifications — or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1910 & 1926 standards and General Duty requirements.
• Experience with incident reporting, inspections, and investigations.
• Ability to perform Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs/JSAs) and exposure assessments.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
• Experience with safety audits and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to clearly communicate safety expectations in the field and build trust with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety inspections at project sites to address recurring concerns.
• Ensure sites comply with OSHA, EM 385, NFPA 70E, and company safety policies.
• Support incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review field safety documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with onboarding safety training and ongoing workforce training.
• Educate field teams on safety procedures, PPE usage, and best practices.
