Baker Construction is seeking a Field Safety Representative II to drive safety on our field projects. You will spend 100% of your time in the field, coaching crews on correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors, and collaborating with project teams to raise SQP standards.

Requires a Bachelor's in safety or related field with at least 2 years of concrete construction and safety experience; OSHA 30 within 3 months. Travel up to 25%. Competitive pay, benefits, and strong career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in safety-related field and a minimum of 2 years concrete construction and safety experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months.
