Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Safety Representative II to promote the company’s safety culture on the jobsite.

You will focus on keeping workers safe, coaching crews, and identifying corrective actions to reduce incidents while supporting project teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field, at least two years of concrete construction and safety experience, and OSHA 30-hour certification within three months; EM-385-1-1 or USACE/NAVFAC experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a safety-related field with at least 2 years of concrete construction and safety experience.
• Must obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months.
• Experience with EM-385-1-1 standards and/or USACE or NAVFAC projects.

Responsabilités

• Promotes the Company's IIF culture by acting as a safety resource on the project.
• Assists in project compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Assists with case management and safety investigations as needed.
• Ensures a safe work environment across project sites.
• Participates in training and certifications to improve safety performance.
