Baker Concrete Construction, Inc., a leading specialty concrete contractor, seeks a Field Safety Representative I to promote safety and support field teams in maintaining a safe, productive workplace. The role requires field presence and active coaching to correct unsafe conditions and behaviors, with emphasis on SQP improvements.

The candidate will embed with project teams, drive safety initiatives, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of concrete construction experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification must be obtained within 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Promotes the Company's IIF Culture by Being a Safety Resource to the Project
• Assists in Project Compliance with all Safety Rules and Regulations
• Assists with or Conducts Case Management
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment
• Participates in Training/Certifications
