Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a Field Safety Representative I to enhance on-site safety across projects. You’ll spend the majority of time in the field coaching coworkers on correcting unsafe conditions, reinforcing positive behaviors, and supporting SQP improvements.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of concrete construction experience, plus OSHA-30 certification within 3 months. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 4 years of concrete construction experience and prior experience as a Field Safety Coordinator.
• Must obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Company's IIF Culture by Being a Safety Resource to the Project
• Assists in Project Compliance with all Safety Rules and Regulations
• Assists with or Conducts Case Management
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment
• Participates in Training/Certifications

Bachelor's Degree
