The Field Safety Representative II at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. promotes the Company's IIF culture by ensuring every co-worker returns home safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (safety related major) required.
• Minimum of 2 years concrete construction and safety experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote the IIF culture and act as a safety resource on the project.
• Observe and coach co-workers to correct unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• Potentially supervise lower level Field Safety Representatives and Coordinators.
• Reinforce positive behavior through recognition and rewards.
• Answer questions about safety and share lessons learned.
