Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in safety-related field and a minimum of 2 years concrete construction and safety experience.
• Must obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months.
• Ability to be in the field 100% of the time and coach others on safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Company\'s IIF culture by serving as a safety resource on the project.
• Observe and coach co-workers on correction of unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• Assist with or conduct case management and training when needed.
• Ensure a Safe Work Environment on site.
• Embed with the project team to improve safety, quality, and productivity (SQP).
