Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Safety Representative I in Phoenix to promote safety culture and coach co-workers in safe practices. You will embed with project teams and actively observe and correct unsafe conditions to protect everyone on site.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree or substantial concrete construction experience, with OSHA 30 required within 3 months. Travel up to 25% and opportunities for growth are offered by an industry leader committed to safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 4 years of concrete construction experience and prior experience as a Field Safety Coordinator.
• Must obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months.
• Strong safety coaching and field observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety culture by serving as a safety resource to the project team.
• Assists in project compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
• Assists with or conducts case management.
• Ensures a safe work environment.
• Participates in training/certifications.
