Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Safety Representative II to promote safety culture and ensure every co-worker returns home safely each night. This role spends 100% of time in the field, coaching on correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors, and may supervise junior safety staff.

You will collaborate with project teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity on major projects. The ideal candidate has a safety-related bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of concrete

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (safety related major) and a minimum of 2 years concrete construction and safety experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Company's IIF Culture by Bring a Safety Resource on the Project
• Assists in Project Compliance with all Safety Rules and Regulations
• Assists with or Conducts Case Management
