UniFirst seeks a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily. You’ll support daily operations, load/unload trucks, and ensure accuracy at start of every day. Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities to grow your route.

This role is commissioned from day one, with a focus on safety and reliability. You’ll work Monday–Friday daytime hours on a nationwide platform with growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Experience in customer service or delivery is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned route: deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations: load/unload trucks and maintain route accuracy.
• Deliver consistent, on-time service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities on your route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
