Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, deliver and pick garments, and grow customer relationships. You’ll work on a daytime, field-based schedule with opportunities to upsell and increase earnings, while upholding safety and service standards.

You’ll be the face of UniFirst on the road, loading and unloading as needed, ensuring accuracy, and delivering consistent, reliable service to a stable set of customers each week.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License required with a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance and a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service and independent work ethic.
• Relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with new technologies.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on the assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks and maintaining accuracy.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and introduce new garments/products to meet needs.
• Identify upselling opportunities to drive route growth and earnings.
