UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily and building strong customer relationships. You’ll support daily operations, upsell products, and represent UniFirst on the road with safety as a priority.

The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with commissions from day one, and growth opportunities through our SCP program and ongoing training. Join a nationwide leader in garment services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT compliance requirements, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies.
• Physically capable of lifting/carrying/pushing up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Manage an Assigned Route: serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport with customers and introduce new garments and products.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities and grow your route.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a walk-in truck on designated routes, prioritizing safety.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: work across indoor and outdoor environments with energy and safety.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights, weekends – servicing the same route weekly.
