Job summary

Project Resources Group is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator in Greensboro, NC. You will be the eyes and ears for our clients' fiber networks, managing an assigned route, driving daily windshield time, and solving field issues to prevent outages.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and homeowners to maintain route integrity and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance meeting state requirements.
• Dependable with punctual attendance and reliability.
• Physically able to walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to review tickets, maps, and prints with sharp attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently in the field with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily field routes with significant windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes to identify risks.
• Review locate tickets and maps to stay ahead of digging/construction activity.
• Provide first-level field support to mitigate potential failures.
• Record changes in infrastructure and conditions along routes.
• Report to the field to verify quality and adherence to SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
