Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license and a reliable vehicle for representing the company.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing tickets, maps, and prints.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with extensive windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes to spot potential risks.
• Reference 811 locate tickets and maps to anticipate digging/construction activity.
• Provide first-level issue resolution and mitigate failures before escalation.
• Log changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route and report them.
