Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. in Jackson, Mississippi, is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to monitor fiber networks on an assigned route, drive daily windshield time, and preempt issues before they escalate.

You will work outdoors, communicate with customers and contractors, review tickets and maps, and document changes while upholding our safety and quality standards. This role combines field mobility with hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance meeting requirements.
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential.
• Comfort working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with significant windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging activity.
• Provide first-level support for minor issues and mitigate potential failures.
• Log and elevate changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route.
• Report to the field to verify quality and adherence of work under SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
