Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to serve as the eyes and ears on fiber networks in the Dallas area. You will drive a daily route, monitor routes, review locate tickets, and prevent small issues from becoming outages while working outdoors and communicating with clients and crews.

This field-only role requires a valid drivers license, reliable personal vehicle, and sharp attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver7s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working independently in the field with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for risks to the line.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging activity.
• Log and elevate changes in infrastructure along the route.
• Verify work performed under the scope of work for quality and accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors and homeowners.
