Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking an outside plant expert to join as a route-based Construction Coordinator. You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground for clients’ fiber networks, running an assigned route and addressing issues before they become problems.

In this role you’ll drive daily routes, review 811 tickets and maps, coordinate with customers and contractors, and report on work quality. The position suits outdoorsy individuals who are reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance meeting requirements.
• Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong reading of tickets, maps, and prints with attention to detail.
• Solid computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor routes, watching for risks to the line.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging.
• Provide first‑level issue mitigation and escalate as needed.
• Log and report changes in infrastructure or conditions.
• Verify field work quality and adherence to SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
