Job summary

Ascento AG is seeking an independent, proactive field robot repair technician to fix hardware and firmware issues on-site across the United States. You will travel to customer sites, debug problems, and coordinate with our headquarters in Switzerland to apply fixes.

This is a core role for our US expansion as the first robot fixer on the ground. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electronics and moving mechanical components, is comfortable working under pressure, and is ready to

Qualifications

• Hands-on projects involving electronics and moving mechanical components.
• Multidisciplinary and willing to replace robot parts or learn new tools.
• Valid US work status (visa/citizenship) for field work.
• Goal-driven and independent; getting robots working is priority.
• Ready to grow with Ascento.

Responsibilities

• Debug and fix hardware issues on-site to keep US robots running.
• Coordinate maintenance and support with onsite technicians and security guards.
• Organize robot logistics, shipping, spare robot locations, etc.
