Ascento AG seeks an independent, proactive field technician to fix robotics hardware and software on-site across the United States. You will work closely with our Operations and USA team, traveling as needed, debugging issues, and coordinating with our HQ in Switzerland.

This core role supports Ascento's US expansion, serving as the first robot fixer on the ground. Relevant hands-on experience and a growth mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BSc in robotics, electronics, or mechatronics or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel across the US and work on-site.
• Legal US work authorization.
• Hands-on hardware and software repair mindset.

Responsibilities

• Keep US robots running by debugging and fixing hardware issues on-site.
• Coordinate maintenance and support with onsite technicians and security guards.
• Organize robot logistics, like shipping and spare robot locations.
