Job summary

DoorDash Labs in the Phoenix area is seeking a strong operator to execute testing, deployment, and logging of advanced technologies. This role involves night and weekend shifts, two-week training in the Phoenix area, and reporting to the Team Lead as part of the Field Operations Team.

You must be comfortable biking in day/night conditions and traffic. The position requires a driver's license and willingness to support multiple Phoenix locations including Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience or strong interest in the space.
• Driver's license and ability to work across Phoenix locations.
• Comfortable outdoors and operating micro-mobility.
• Experience with live Field Operations for deployment of products.
• Willingness for evening/weekend work and following schedules.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety.
• Work closely with hardware, software, and business operations teams to improve the product.
• Execute and document tests to verify autonomous technologies, including understanding behavior, product capabilities, new and existing issues, and added requirements.
• Rigorous attention to process, testing programs, and checklists, ensuring high levels of safety as well as efficiency and reliability of new products.
