Job summary

DoorDash Labs seeks a Service Operations Leader to head the PM shift for the PHX market. You will supervise technicians, drive uptime for fleet assets, and partner with Service Engineering on tooling needs across multiple sites.

You will report to the Operations Manager, Service in DoorDash Labs, and work fully on-site in the Greater PHX Area, AZ. Expect fast-paced operations and performance-driven teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in service operations, field service, or technical operations.
• 2+ years leading service technicians or field teams, with ownership of performance.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safety-first approach to all things Service.
• Lead the PM-shift team of new and experienced technicians to maximize uptime.
• Work with Service Engineering on tooling/jig needs for field deployments.
• Track technician productivity to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure adherence to Service SOPs, including Work Order and Parts flow.
• Coordinate development of Service Technicians in a career path within DoorDash Labs.
• Track KPIs and explain variances, and shift ownership of metrics.
• Maintain uptime of all tools and equipment to support Service Operations.
• Own shift handoff with AM Manager — flag open work orders and escalations.
