Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead end-to-end deployment of industrial robotics across North America stores. You will oversee planning, installation, and launch of automation technologies with cross-functional teams and travel up to 75% across North America.

The role requires strong technical skills in electro-mechanical systems, networking, and software coordination, with a focus on delivering safe, high-quality deployments on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SRE, systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration experience.
• 5+ years of Linux experience.
• Experience with Python, Java, or shell scripting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the tactical deployment of large-scale industrial automation technologies.
• Own on-site installation and acceptance testing to meet go-live dates.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, PMs, product managers, and internal customers to translate requirements into deployment documents.
