Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support deployment and integration of our humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities in North America, with up to 40% travel. You will collect data, run lab simulations, and conduct live demos to ensure successful integration.

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and hands-on robotics troubleshooting. You will collaborate with engineering and support teams, manage PoCs, and contribute to continuous product improvement in a dynamic,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies.
Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
Experience managing robotics deployment projects and PoCs.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to travel 40% across North America.

Responsibilities

Support the deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
Conduct visits to customer facilities to gather data and assess integration requirements.
Build physical twins, test rigs, and lab environments for testing and validation.
Organize and conduct product demonstrations in lab settings for customers and investors.
Represent Humanoid at expos and events with live demos.
Test product releases to ensure timely delivery to sites.
Support on-site solution integration and PoC/pilot projects.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to optimize deployment.
