Job summary

PEG, LLC is a leading energy efficiency and construction compliance firm with a nationwide footprint. We seek a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee risk management program inspections across residential and light commercial developments.

The role covers plan reviews, site inspections from foundation to turnover, and coordination between PEG, clients, and contractors. Strong communication and organization are essential to drive quality and margins.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of residential construction experience.
• Willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses (e.g. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade 1).
• OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activity to ensure inspections occur within the Risk Management Program parameters.
• Attend client/community orientation and kickoff meetings.
• Perform comprehensive plan reviews and retain product information for Client/Management Company.
• Review product specifications to ensure applications meet manufacturers’ specifications.
• Conduct field inspections (footings, slabs, framing, envelope, testing, turnover).
• Maintain construction documents and schedules on SharePoint.
• Coordinate with client contractors and manage field issues.
