Job summary

PEG, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented construction professional to oversee the Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments in the Alexandria, VA region. This role ensures quality, reduces risk, and protects margins throughout the building process.

Through hands-on training, you will monitor projects from foundation through turnover, perform plan reviews, coordinate critical inspections, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of residential construction experience, covering the full build process from concrete to turnover.
• Certification/licenses such as ACI Grade 1 as required for field testing.
• Ability to drive and travel to job sites; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activity to ensure inspections follow the Risk Management Program.
• Attend client orientation and kickoff meetings and review project plans and product specs.
• Coordinate with client contractors to complete program inspections and maintain SharePoint documents.
• Conduct plan reviews and retain product information for management and client.
• Support field operations with pre-drywall and final inspections as needed.
• Resolve client conflicts and ensure adherence to established standards and processes.
