Job summary

PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the Risk Management Program across residential and light commercial developments. The role covers plan reviews, inspections, and field issue resolution to protect quality and margins.

Ideal candidates will have 3–7 years in residential construction, strong communication, and the ability to manage site blueprints, schedules, and documentation—while maintaining safety standards on multiple sites within a 200-mile radius of

Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of residential construction experience, covering the full building process from concrete to turnover.
• Willingsness to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required.
• OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inspections to ensure compliance with the Risk Management Program.
• Review product specifications and manufacturer requirements for each site.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to complete inspections.
• Maintain construction documents and schedules in SharePoint.
• Ensure daily field reports and safety program adherence at each site.
• Support ongoing improvements to the Risk Management Program and project margins.
