Job summary

PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of its Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments. You will monitor project phases, review specifications, and coordinate inspections to reduce risk and protect margins.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and field knowledge to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement on sites within a 200-mile

Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of residential construction experience is required.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications/licenses (e.g. ACI Grade 1).
• OSHA 10/30-Hour certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activity to ensure inspections are within the Risk Management Program.
• Maintain construction documents and schedules; coordinate with Client/Management Company on SharePoint.
• Support field operations with daily pre-drywall and final inspections as needed.
• Drive accountability and resolve field challenges between PEG, clients, and contractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and client standards across assigned sites.
