Job summary

PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of the company’s Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments. This role protects construction quality, reduces risk exposure, and strengthens client confidence during the building process.

Through hands-on training, the selected candidate will monitor projects from foundation through turnover, ensuring compliance with standards,

Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of Residential Construction Experience, including the entire building process from concrete to turnover to builder.
• Must be willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required (i.e. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade 1)
• OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour Certification is not required but is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor inspections across residential sites per Risk Management Program.
• Coordinate with client contractors to complete Risk Management Program.
• Maintain construction documents and schedules on SharePoint.
• Support Field Operations with daily pre-drywall and final inspections as needed.
• Resolve client conflicts and ensure understanding of reports.
